holy lifting rules?
I am fortunete I got sand plates as a christmas gift when i was 9 or 10 years old..I have been lifting weights sinceI wqs fourteen or fifteen consitently.I was a athlete in high school and college,I had a uncle who was into bodybuilding culture who took me under his wing and taught me how to lift.
In all that time I have practiced, experimented withor researched any program I came across.
in truth I wasoften in search of a better system of training for my self.
As a trainer I have noticed so many sacred cows held up by most concerning strength
Squat depth, barbell vs bands, functional training, Cross fit to solve all of this I have a simple resolution: Do what expedites you to your goal and continue to make neccesary course corrections.
being strong, fit ,or capable is very specific and the route you take to get their need only work for you.
